SwitchMyAttorney is a lawyer matching service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and we do not guarantee any outcome.

Tell us about your case

This goes to one participating law firm that handles your kind of case where you are. It does not go to your current firm, and it costs you nothing. If you would rather talk than type, call 1-866-568-4913.

Four things worth knowing before you fill this in.

  • Your current firm is not contacted. Not when you send this, not afterward. Nobody here tells anyone that you looked.
  • You are told where the firm is. When the connection is made you are given the firm's name and the city, town or county of its office — that disclosure is required by Rule 4-7.22(d)(10), not a courtesy.
  • Sending this is how you ask to be contacted. Nothing leaves this service until you send it, and a participating firm gets in touch because you asked, not because it went looking for you.
  • Nothing here is legal advice. SwitchMyAttorney is not a law firm and no attorney-client relationship is created by sending this form — Rule 4-7.22(d)(11).

The request

It is short on purpose. A long form is how people get screened out for the wrong reasons, and the questions below are only the ones a firm needs in order to say whether it can take the case at this stage.

The firm will call this number. It is the only field a firm genuinely cannot work without.
This decides which participating firm the request goes to.
A month and year is enough. You are not asked to describe the accident.
A release, a settlement authorization, a lien, anything. If you are not sure, say so — that is a normal answer.

It reaches the team at SwitchMyAttorney, not your current firm. Nothing is sent to the firm handling your case now, at any point.

Would you rather call?

1-866-568-4913. The person who answers takes the same information that is on this page and nothing more. They are not an attorney, they cannot tell you what your case is worth, and they cannot give you legal advice — Rule 4-7.22(d)(11).
